I was kindly sent a few lots by the British Asparagus group this week, so I chose to make this dish, generally because I had feta in the fridge and thought it would be a good idea. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you don't necessarily need to purchase it specifically for this dish if you do not believe you'll utilize it in anything else (due to the fact that just a very little amount is required), BUT if you do take place to have some in the fridge, then I highly recommend it as I think it works surprisingly with the feta.
